Requesting a Withdrawal to Your Wallet
When you want your balance back in your wallet, head to the withdrawal section inside your pipo500 account. The process mirrors depositing in reverse: you pick the wallet you want paid, enter the amount, and submit the request. We route withdrawals back to the same wallet type used to deposit where possible — this keeps the money path clean and reduces verification
friction. Your identity must be confirmed before a withdrawal is processed, which is why we recommend completing the KYC step before your first withdrawal request rather than after. Payout timing depends on wallet processing on their end; we do not control that window.
- Open the withdrawal form — Go to the banking section of your account and select Withdraw. The form shows your available balance and the wallets linked to your account.
- Pick your payout wallet — Choose DANA, OVO or GoPay as the destination. Where possible, we match this to the wallet you deposited with for a cleaner transfer path.
- Enter the amount and submit — Type your withdrawal amount, review the details on screen, then submit. A confirmation message appears in your account dashboard once the request is received.
- Verification check — If your account KYC is complete, the request moves to processing. Incomplete verification will pause the withdrawal until your documents are confirmed.
